Join Lauren McLaughlin from Spilt Milk for a drawing and collage workshop in response to PAIN 2 POWER - an exhibition by artist Haein Kim at Sierra Metro. This event is part of Edinburgh Art Festival 2023 Community Engagement Programme.

The exhibition includes drawings, paintings, and life-size cutouts on the modern woman’s psyche, how we want to see ourselves, materialism and puppies. The workshop will start with a visit to the exhibition. Then we will make our own drawings and patterns and use them to create our own bold, colourful, and empowering protagonists.

The workshop is for people who identify as mothers or carers. No art skills or experience needed - the workshop is suitable for absolute beginners.
